- I am Jerry, and you'rewatching "Cooking Stoned."
For this recipe you're going to need
eight ounces of cashews, relish, celery,
garbanzo beans, a redonion, of course bread,
and for garnish I suggestsprouts, tomatoes,
some lettuce and possibly radishes.
Drain and rinse your garbanzo beans,
and then mash them with a fork.
Add one cup of cashew cream.
You can purchase this from the store,
but it's actually reallysimple to make on your own.
I'll put a recipe in the show notes.
Finely chop two celery stalks.
Add your ground mustard, therelish, and the chopped celery.
Add some minced red onion.
Mix all of the ingredients well,
and add a little bit ofsalt and pepper to finish.
Enjoy.
